The base Child Support award is purely established by the parties’ net incomes.  However, certain circumstances may be present in a given case requiring and/or warranting adjustments to the awarded amount.

These include:

A.     Other legal dependents of either parent.

B.     Multiple family Child Support obligations.

C.     Government benefits received for or by a child.
