The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) recently updated several notices and forms relating to the federal Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA). The revised FMLA regulations require employers (generally applicable to employers with 50 or more employees) to post the new FMLA poster and to utilize the updated leave designation notice, employee eligibility notice and other updated forms. The revised forms are the product of recent changes to the FMLA regarding military family leave rights.
