Unger, Shareholder in Stark & Stark’s Litigation and Shareholder & Partner Dispute groups, will present a Continuing Legal Education (CLE) seminar in conjunction with the Bucks County Bar Association discussing Business Break-ups. The seminar will address representing squeezed-out or oppressed minority shareholders in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. The seminar will compare and contrast the available causes of action and remedies under New Jersey and Pennsylvania law.
