In the February 13 edition of the Debt & Equity Journal, Timothy Duggan, chair of the Condemnation Group, discussed eminent domain and the Kelo v. the City of New London case. Mr. Duggan spoke about the effects the case had on cases in New Jersey. He had this to say, “In the past, the courts rubber-stamped a lot of redevelopment plans.
