Covert, J.S.C. of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Burlington County, New Jersey, where she composed tentative decisions for the Judge on motions in the Family Part. Ms. Smith concentrated her work with the Court of New Jersey on calculating child and spousal support, conducting research and making equitable distribution decisions based on pertinent law. Ms. Smith has also been trained by the Administrative Office of the Courts in mediation and conciliation. Marshall T. Kizner is an Associate in Stark & Stark’s Bankruptcy and Creditor’s Rights group. Mr. Kizner focuses his practice on the representation of creditors in bankruptcy court and state court. He is also a member of the Eminent Domain and Real Estate Tax Appeal group.

Prior to joining Stark & Stark, Mr. Kizner served as a law clerk for the Honorable Michael Brooke Fisher in the Law Division-Civil Part of the New Jersey Superior Court. He also served as a certified mediator in civil disputes filed in the Special Civil Part.

Mr. Kizner graduated from Rutgers School of Law-Camden in 2008. During law school, he was an articles editor for the Rutgers Law Journal (Law Review). Additionally, Mr. Kizner interned for the Honorable Theodore McKee on the Third Circuit Court of Appeals, where he prepared bench memoranda and non precedential opinions on issues including immigration law, labor law, and debt collection practices.

Mr. Kizner was a three time Dean’s List recipient at Rutgers School of Law-Camden. He also won a “Top Ten Brief Award” in the school-wide Hunter Moot Court Competition. Upon graduating, Mr. Kizner was presented with the 1st Congressional District of New Jersey Award for Scholarship in the Law.

Thomas J. In 2006, Mr. Pryor was the keynote speaker for Reed Logic’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Conference. Gene Markin is an Associate in Stark & Stark’s Construction Litigation Group where he concentrates his practice in complex construction litigation claims on behalf of community associations, developers and other plaintiffs. While attending law school, Mr. Markin was a member of the Drexel Law Review as well as the Drexel Law National Trial Team and competed in several competitions across the country. He was also honored with the Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association James J. Manderino Award For Trial Advocacy.
