Gary S. Forshner, Shareholder in Stark & Stark’s Real Estate, Zoning & Land Use Group will present a seminar in conjunction with the National Business Institute entitled, Navigate the Zoning Process With an In-Depth Understanding of Zoning Regulations. The seminar will take place Tuesday October 12, 2010 from 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM at the Clarion Palmer Inn, Princeton, New Jersey.

 

The seminar will discuss key components of the zoning approval process, procedures for challenging a zoning decision, as well as requirements for administrative approach. Additional topics to be covered include: a discussion on the necessary steps for obtaining a permit, the limits on governmental power so you know how takings and exactions must be handled, the constitutional limitations on zoning with respect to eminent domain, what you and your client can anticipate during an appeal of an administrative zoning decision.

 

The seminar was developed for as a basic-to-intermediate level course  for those in the real estate, zoning and land use fields, including: attorneys, city and urban planners, developers, engineers, architects, local zoning and land use officials, appraisers and surveyors.
