Byrne, Shareholder and Co-Chair of Stark & Stark’s Community Association group, authored the article, The Status of Affordable Housing Units After a Foreclosure and Involuntary Sale, for the June 22, 2009 edition of the New Jersey Law Journal. The article discusses how the recent economic downturn and troubled real estate market downtown affect mortgages and affordable housing agreements following a foreclosure.
