Siegelheim, member of Stark & Stark's Franchise group, and Darrell Johnson, President and CEO of FRANdata, at the International Franchise Association's 2009 Annual Convention in San Diego, California. Mr. Siegelheim and Mr. Johnson discuss the economic outlook for 2009 and for years to come in relation to franchising in the wake of the current economic downturn.
