Rivera School is an fine example of wssted money. Come and see what the 3-4 milllion allocated to the school provided. Paint is peeling off the wall, the students bathroom are disgusted. There are rooms that need to be painted. New windows were put in with blind spots instead of windows, new doors with locks that would not work with the keys provided. Heating and cooling system not working properly. Come and see for yourself.
